Bizim Evler 9,  is a special project consisting of 2 residential blocks and one block of commercial units facing the road. The residential blocks consist of 5 flats on each floor and are positioned on the outer lines of the land, leaving a wide and rich landscape area in the middle area. Covered car parks are planned in the basement, in sufficient numbers to meet the needs of the flats. Access to the parking floors is provided from the block elevators. In addition, a sufficient number of guest parking lots and charging stations for electric cars are planned. The social facility building, which consists of multi-purpose halls that can meet the needs such as male-female masjid, mawlid-condolence-society organization, is located in the North East corner of the project.

The new project of İhlas Yapı, Bizim Evler 9, will rise on a plot of 14 thousand 607 square meters in Avcılar Firuzköy District. The details of the new project, which will be adjacent to the Bizim Evler 5 project, are not yet clear.

Making its mark on the Ispartakule region, İhlas Yapı adds a new one to its Bizim Evler projects. İhlas Yapı, which has hosted thousands of families so far, has pressed the button for the ninth of Bizim Houses. Work is expected to begin in May 2021 on the Bizim Evler 9 project, which will be built on a land of 14 thousand 607 square meters within the borders of Avcılar Firüzköy Mahallesi.

A revenue sharing agreement was signed for the construction project called Bizimevler 9 consisting of residences and workplaces on a 14607 m² land registered in Istanbul Province Avcılar District Firüzköy Mahallesi 648 Block 5. The project in question is planned to start in May and be completed in 36 months.
