The settlement consists of six (6) houses, of which five (5) have three (3) bedrooms and one (1) house has two (2) bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
The bathrooms are made of stone with underfloor heating and the highest quality Villeroy & Boch equipment has been installed.

On the ground floor there are bathrooms, living room with fireplace and TV, kitchen with all equipment and dining room. The living room has access to a large terrace where the pool measures 6 x 8 m. The pools are equipped with turbo jet jets for massage and swimming and also waterfalls.
Behind the houses you can find stone barbecues that are meant for you. The houses are built of stone and thermo blocks, so they are highly energy efficient. Each house has its own inverter cooling and heating.

Two two-bedroom apartments are an integral part of the village and can be used to accommodate staff, services or as additional accommodation.

In the basement of the house there are garages for each house and also open parking.
An integral part of the settlement is the porter’s lodge with storage.
The tavern within the settlement is intended for guests who want to organize gatherings, parties and the like. The capacity of the tavern is for 16 people. It is equipped with all kitchen equipment, TV, open fireplace, etc.
